MORR Transportation Consulting Ltd. developed a Transportation Plan for the rural municipality of La Salle, MB. The Transportation Plan provided a full assessment of the performance of the current transportation network from safety, operational, geometric, and connectivity perspectives as well as the projected future needs based on ongoing and future development. Through these assessments and extensive stakeholder engagement, the Plan identified recommended improvements and upgrades to provincial highway corridors, municipal streets and pathways within La Salle over a 25-year time frame with a view to improving the safety and mobility of all users of the transportation network.
