The CentrePort area is a rapidly developing industrial area in the RM of Rosser with high levels of trucking activity. MORR Transportation Consulting Ltd. conducted a Traffic Study to review and quantify known safety and intersection performance issues in the study area by conducting traffic counts using MORR video count technology, conducting intersection safety reviews, and creating a Synchro/Simtraffic transportation model of the study area. MORR developed options to address safety and operational performance concerns and integrated active transportation facility considerations within the study options.
