MORR Transportation Consulting Ltd. established a Dangerous Goods Route network on the Major Road Network and prepared a Dangerous Goods route bylaw in compliance with the SCBCTA Act. This was done through a robust engagement process combined with strong technical analysis drawings from lessons learned from the previous process (in 2009), international best practices, understanding of enforcement practices, extensive collaboration with the various stakeholders, and other undertakings.
